Between 2013 and 2015 the Board of UCP and interested community members worked on revising the bylaws. Primarily the board focused on making the bylaws work in light of the fact that we were very thin on the ground having spotty attendance. It became very hard to make progress or decisions to fulfill our mission and server our community. We were often without a quorum. We have completed the process of making these minor changes and hope to be a much more effective Board as a result.
In March 2016 the President got notice that there was an issue with the new bylaws (2015) and our Articles of Incorporation. The UCP Board revised the Bylaws to ensure that the Articles and the Bylaws were in alignment regarding membership in UCP in 2016
