UCP Google Drive and Other Tools

United Community Partners board members use Google Drive to collaborate on, store and retrieve documents for all work related to UCP or UCP sponsored projects.

To use the Google set of apps and tools – Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms and all other tools in the free suite you will need a Google Account.  A gmail/google account is free and comes with many great benefits. You might already have one if you use youtube or gmail.

If you need access to the drive or are having trouble accessing the shared UCP google drives – please email Liz McLellan.

Training Resources

Though one-on-one in person training on these tools is not available at this time – UCP has a massive library of training videos on all of these topics and more. Check out the ever-updating  list of videos here – or just use the search function on the site for any topic you may be interested in.

If you are unsure if your computer is compatible with any of these tools please refer to the company support pages of the tool or software you wish to use. We do not have the resources to field these questions.
